Build me a working interactive revision dashboard called The Study Sprint using my own uploaded lecture notes.

Create the finished dashboard with topic summaries, flashcards, practice quizzes, explanations and a list of topics to revisit already inside it. I want to learn from and test myself on my material, not just receive a rewritten document.

MY MATERIAL
Accept clear photos of handwritten notes, PDFs, slides, documents or pasted text. If I have not supplied anything, ask for it. Keep page order, filenames, headings and page/slide numbers so the dashboard can point back to the relevant source. Wait until I say all files are uploaded if I am sending several batches.

Read the material before generating questions. Flag unreadable handwriting, incomplete formulae and contradictions for me to check. Do not silently fill gaps with invented lecture content. Ask for a clearer image where the missing part changes an answer. Group the readable material into sensible topics and give each topic and learning item a stable ID.

Ask briefly for the subject or module, level, exam/revision date if relevant and how long I want a typical study session to last. Do not invent an exam date or mark scheme. Continue without optional details if I skip them.

SOURCE-BASED CONTENT
For each topic, write a concise plain-English summary, key terms, important relationships or formulas, and a small worked example where appropriate. Link each section to its source file and page/slide or clearly identified note heading.

Distinguish what comes directly from my notes from an added explanation or practice example. Keep additions consistent with the supplied material, label them as additional explanations, and verify external claims if external research is required. Never invent source quotations or page references. Put unresolved content in a separate Needs checking list and exclude it from scored questions.

Create enough flashcards and questions to cover the available material without padding thin notes with repetitions. For a substantial topic, aim for roughly 8–12 useful flashcards and 5–8 multiple-choice questions; use fewer when the source supports less. Include recall, understanding and simple application rather than only matching phrases.

DASHBOARD
Create Overview, Topics, Flashcards, Quiz, Revisit and My plan sections. Display actual topic counts, cards reviewed and quiz attempts. Do not call a topic mastered merely because I opened its page.

TOPICS
Let me search the topic summaries and filter by topic. Show the source locator, a short explanation and relevant examples. Keep detail expandable. Provide a way to flag a confusing item for review.

FLASHCARDS
Show one question first and reveal the answer only when I choose. Include Previous, Next, Shuffle, topic selection and progress through the current deck. Let me mark each card Again, Unsure or Got it. Record these as my self-ratings, not as verified quiz performance. Allow me to revisit only Again/Unsure cards and undo the most recent rating. Keyboard operation must work alongside touch controls.

QUIZ
Build a real multiple-choice quiz with clearly worded questions, one correct answer and plausible alternatives. Avoid ambiguous trick questions. Use four options when there are enough sensible alternatives. Randomise option order without losing the correct-answer mapping.

Let me choose one topic or all topics and a short quiz length limited to the available question bank. Present one question at a time, require a selected answer before submitting, and prevent one response being counted twice. Reveal the result, a short explanation and the source locator after submission. Include why the correct answer is right, and clarify the chosen mistake when useful.

Show an honest end-of-quiz score, questions answered, topic breakdown and a Review mistakes control. Keep skipped questions distinct from incorrect ones. A fresh attempt should reset that attempt without deleting earlier history. Do not suggest repeated practice on the same bank is an independent measure of exam readiness.

Make quizzes and prewritten explanations work inside the dashboard without an unimplemented AI connection. New notes or substantially new questions can be supplied through this conversation for a content update. Do not include a fake Ask AI or Generate more questions button.

REVISIT AND MY PLAN
Automatically add incorrect quiz items and self-rated Again/Unsure cards to Revisit, showing why each is there. Let me filter by topic, practise those items and manually mark them reviewed without erasing past results.

Provide a simple editable revision plan with topic, date, session length and completed status. If I give an exam date, suggest manageable sessions up to that date; otherwise let me plan the next seven days. Prioritise flagged topics while still covering the others. Include an optional 10/20/30-minute focus timer with pause, resume and reset, never an auto-starting timer. Support a printable topic checklist and revision plan.

DESIGN
Use a clean, neutral monochrome interface: off-white #FAFAF8 for the page, white #FFFFFF for cards and light text on dark buttons, charcoal #202020 for headings, main text, links and buttons, mid-grey #6B6B6B for secondary text on white/off-white, and light grey #E3E3E0 for borders and subtle callouts. Use charcoal text on light-grey surfaces. Keep original uploaded photographs in their natural colours.

Make it responsive with readable type, compact introductions, clearly labelled controls, comfortable phone tap targets, keyboard access, visible focus and reduced-motion support. Give every image descriptive alternative text. Do not rely on colour alone to communicate status. Use useful empty states and working controls rather than decorative buttons.

SAVING AND DELIVERY
Save edits and progress in this browser and restore them after refresh. Use IndexedDB for image files; do not rely on temporary chat image URLs or put full-size photos into localStorage. Explain browser-local storage briefly and do not imply cross-device syncing. Provide a downloadable backup and restore with validation and confirmation before replacing saved work. Preserve existing work if an import fails. Keep uploaded personal material private by default and use private hosting or a supported local artifact.

Deliver the finished working dashboard link or file with my content already inside it, not just a plan, screenshot or code snippets. If this environment cannot create the artifact, explain the limitation honestly. Check the main controls, data rules, saved state, backup/restore and mobile layout when tools permit. State what you actually tested. No fake live integrations or buttons that pretend to invoke the AI tools in this chat.

Keep quiz attempts and card ratings separate, preserve progress by stable item IDs and retain compatible history if I later update the notes. For changed questions, label earlier attempts as belonging to the earlier version. Verify answer keys against the sources, shuffled options, scoring, review filters, timer pause/resume and saved progress. Begin by checking my notes.

How to make it yours

1. Gather one topic or lecture

Start with a manageable set of lecture notes, slides, a PDF or clear photographs. Keep pages in order and include headings. For handwritten pages, make sure the whole page is sharp and easy to read.

Tell ChatGPT the subject or module, your level and any revision date you want to work towards.

2. Open ChatGPT Work and choose Astra

Start a new ChatGPT conversation and switch to Work. Open the model control near the message box and select Astra / GPT-6 Astra. Use the + / attachment button to upload your files, or paste your list into the conversation.

Work and Astra availability depends on your plan, app and workspace.

3. Copy the prompt and send

Use Copy prompt at the top of this page, paste it into the same conversation and send. If you are uploading in batches, first say: “Wait until I say all files uploaded before starting.”

Answer the short setup questions, check any uncertain details and open the finished dashboard link or file.

4. Try a short study sprint

Choose a topic, work through a few flashcards and take a short quiz. Check the explanation and source reference after each answer, then use Revisit to focus on anything that needs another look.

Add sessions to your plan and use the optional focus timer when it helps. Start with one lecture and add more through the same conversation later.
