Digital courses and downloads
Course access period
New purchases of Everyday AI: For Work & Life include 12 months of access from successful payment. You can revisit the lessons and included course materials during that period. Access ends automatically, with no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Your purchase confirmation gives your access end date. Expiry does not remove your statutory rights.
For digital courses and downloadable materials, change-of-mind refunds are not offered once digital supply has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the 14-day cancellation right. Before supply begins, or if these requirements have not been met, applicable cancellation rights remain. Your statutory rights remain, including remedies for faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming content. Live calls and physical products have separate cancellation and return rules.
Digital supply includes providing immediate access to the purchased recorded course or downloads after payment; you do not have to finish a lesson for supply to have begun. This rule applies only where the required consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been provided. An account registration or an unticked box does not give consent.
Your choice at checkout
I expressly consent to the digital course and downloadable materials being supplied immediately after payment, during the 14-day cancellation period. I acknowledge that I lose my right to cancel for a change of mind once that digital supply begins. My statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming content are unaffected.
Thrive asks for this confirmation in a separate, initially unticked box before digital checkout. A dated copy is retained with the order. The confirmation is also included in the course welcome email for new purchases where that email is sent.
If there is a problem
Contact enquiries@thrivetotalsolutions.com with your order reference and a description of the problem. Depending on the circumstances, statutory remedies can include repair or replacement, or a price reduction where the legal conditions are met. Nothing here excludes your statutory rights.
One-to-one phone and video calls
If you cancel before your agreed appointment starts, the following booking policy applies, subject to your statutory rights:
- 48 hours or more before the appointment: a full refund, with no cancellation charge.
- Less than 48 hours before the appointment: at least 50% of the amount paid for the call is refunded. Any amount retained is capped at 50% and must reflect Thrive’s reasonable net loss directly caused by the cancellation. We account for costs saved and any replacement booking, and refund more where that loss is lower.
If no appointment time has been agreed, or Thrive cancels the appointment, you can receive a full refund. Timing is measured from when your cancellation reaches us to the agreed appointment start, using UK time. Email enquiries@thrivetotalsolutions.com with your order reference and appointment details. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Your statutory cancellation rights
For online service bookings, you normally have 14 days after entering the contract to cancel. If no service has been supplied, this ordinarily means a full refund. Where you expressly requested service to start during that period and the required information was provided, any charge on cancellation must be proportionate to the service actually supplied. The cancellation right ends on full performance only when the required express request and acknowledgement have been obtained. The 48-hour booking policy does not override these rights or your rights if the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill.
Physical products
For eligible online purchases, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. Email enquiries@thrivetotalsolutions.com with your order reference for return instructions. No reason is required for a change-of-mind cancellation.
You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. This does not apply to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods: Thrive covers reasonable return costs where required by law.
We refund the returned goods and the applicable standard outbound delivery charge within 14 days of receiving them back or receiving evidence you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Any premium delivery upgrade is not refundable. Refunds use the original payment method without a refund fee.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may deduct for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check them, where the law permits. Faulty or misdescribed goods retain their statutory rights beyond the change-of-mind period.
