Applications are open. You must be aged 18 or over, UK-based and have a UK GBP bank account. Approved referral partners give their audience 20% off. After the discount and any refunds, Thrive sets aside a 20% tax reserve, then splits the remainder: 40% to you and 60% to Thrive. Example: course price £249.99 − £50.00 customer discount = £199.99 paid. Thrive’s 20% tax reserve is £40.00, leaving £159.99. Your 40% commission is £64.00; Thrive’s remaining share is £95.99.

What Thrive’s share supports
Your 40% share rewards you for introducing new customers to Thrive. Thrive’s 60% share helps fund course creation and updates, platform running costs, student support, and the training and resources provided to referral partners. This allows you to focus on promoting a learning experience that we build, maintain and deliver.
