Keep environmental details coherent with the chosen place and season; if I have not specified a season, choose one consistent set of conditions. How to create your image
One photo, one prompt and a few details to make it yours.
1. Choose your photo
A clear photo of yourself and a destination. Use the original image where possible, with the face clearly visible.
2. Open ChatGPT Work and choose Astra
Start a new ChatGPT conversation and switch to Work. Open the model control near the message box and select Astra / GPT-6 Astra. Attach your photo and wait for the upload to finish.
This follows the Thrive walkthrough setup. You can also use a ChatGPT conversation with image generation available. Access depends on your plan, app and workspace.
3. Copy, personalise and send
Use Copy prompt above, then paste it beside your uploaded photo.
Replace [destination] with a place and setting, such as “a coastal path in the Algarve on a clear spring morning”.
Send your message to create the image.
4. Refine and save
Open the result to inspect it. If you want a change, describe one adjustment at a time and say what should stay the same. For example: “Soften the shadows and keep everything else unchanged.”
When you are happy, save or download the finished image using the controls available in your app.
